I think it's time to do something very Silicon Valley, pivot. My space game is still going to get done, but I think my adventure either SpriteKit is done. I'm going to give Unity a go. It seems much more mature than SpriteKit, and it will allow me to port to multiple platforms. So we'll see how the Unity adventure goes.
Update:
After playing with Unity, I'm gonna stick with SpriteKit. Why, you ask? I know Swift and SpriteKit. I don't want to stop in the middle of developing to learn a new engine. So the SpriteKit adventure continues!
